Responsibilities :

• Servicing the products for malfunction, installation, preventive maintenance and calibration. 
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and maintaining business opportunities for system service validation package.
• Developing and implementing service plan, internal training, quotation, customer evaluations
• Working together with sales teams on service price package to offer superior after sale services 
• Documented service report and ISO documentations
• IT Infrastructure support

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Experience in doing service for scientific equipment esp CliniM CliniMACS Prodigy® is highly preferable.
• Dynamic, flexible team player
• Professional and mature attitude with the ability to work with result-oriented and well organized
• Be able to travel in upcountry
• Own transportation would be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Good ITs skills
